"building a community within to reach a community without."
Matthew Smith March 26, 2009 7:00pm

Matthew Smith is an East Nashville singer-songwriter who writes brand new music to centuries-old hymn texts. He is a founding member of the Indelible Grace community, whose work has drawn acclaim across denominational lines and is used in churches around the world. Born out of a college ministry, the reimagined hymns have found wide acceptance both among college students and the church at large, joining people who desire to honor tradition with those who want a modern musical approach. His latest album, All I Owe , focuses on how Jesus sets people free from the burden of both God's law and self-imposed laws, by crediting his perfect life and death to those who trust in him.
Matthew will be in concert at the Yreka Christian Fellowship - 2101 Fairlane Rd. Yreka, CA. 530-842-2091

Andrew Peterson
Andrew Peterson has long been known for his intricate songwriting and transparent candor on stage, often drawing comparisons to predecessor Rich Mullins. While signed to Watershed/Essential Records from 1999 to early 2004, Peterson recorded three national releases including his award-winning Carried Along, which featured the top ten radio single, “Nothing to Say.” Peterson wrote and produced the popular Christmas play and musical Behold the Lamb of God: The True Tale of the Coming of the Christ, and the album by the same name, which received the 2004 Best Album of the Year, World Christian Music's Editors Choice Award.

Bronn Journey
Over thirty years ago, a volunteer with the Seattle Public Schools placed a harp in Bronn’s hands for the first time and began teaching the 11 year old boy how to play. He advanced rapidly, and soon moved on to study with harpist Edith Lundgren.
Today, Bronn’s musical accomplishments are known and appreciated throughout Washington State and the Northwest. Joined by Katherine Journey (soprano), a native of Calgary, Alberta, and a graduate from Dordt College in Iowa, the music they give through their concerts is truly magic!
